As a participant guest, I agree Stowe Management Corporation may record my presence and participation in connection with an interview for the Always Creating Value™ video series, called the Interviews. The Interviews are intended to be accessible on the Stowe Management Corporation’s website, on podcast platforms and elsewhere. Stowe Management Corporation works with VxR Works which will have the right to record and edit the Interviews on behalf of Stowe Management Corporation.

2. Stowe Management Corporation will be the sole owner of all rights in the Interviews, including, but not limited to, being the exclusive, worldwide owner of all rights including copyright in and to the Interviews. I assign any right, title and interest in and to the Interviews to Stowe Management Corporation to enable you to fully exploit the Interviews in all forms now known or hereafter devised.

3. In consideration of my appearance and participation in the Interviews and any rights granted, Stowe Management Corporation grants me a right to place a link on my website to the location on the Stowe Management Corporation website, so that viewers of my website can access the Interviews or promotional clippings or commercials for the Interviews.

4. Stowe Management Corporation has the right to use and license others to use my name, portrait, picture and biographical materials to publicize and advertise the Interviews but not as an endorsement of any product or service. I waive any possible right of privacy or publicity claims I might otherwise have against Stowe Management Corporation, by Stowe Management Corporation’s exploitation or distribution of this material at any time. Stowe Management Corporation shall not be obligated to use, license others, or use my name, portrait, picture and biographical materials in connection with the Interviews.

5. I agree to hold you and any third parties harmless against any liability, loss or damage (including reasonable attorney’s fees) caused by or arising from the webcast, broadcast or appearance on the Interviews, or of any statement made by me or material furnished by me in connection with my participation.
