Join us on September 28, 2022, 12:00 P.M. – 1:30 P.M. for the CA CPA Society’s LA MAP Committee “Increased Client Needs Dramatically Driving Expanded Client Advisory Services (CAS)”
As a profession, we’ve been weathering extreme change for the last several years — the pandemic, the IRS, remote workers and more. We’ve been struggling along and achieving successes for ourselves and clients’ tax and financial work. What has been happening to our clients in their own challenging times? What has transpired in their strategic, organizational and operational perspectives? It’s time to shift our gaze to essential, crucial situations our clients are grappling with daily.
Clients are struggling with all areas of their businesses and their personal needs: from succession planning, securing financial resources for growth to dealing with death or disability of senior management and owners. Along with this comes the need for specialty services that include team member development, human resources, business plan creation, structural changes, IT and AI capabilities, marketing, investment services and on and on. They need you and others to help build and re-build their businesses and their lives.
In our presentation, we’ll help all of us realize that ‘Trusted Advisor’ has a whole new expanded meaning. It’s time to roll up our sleeves, put on our “consultative” hats and help our client to thrive, not just exist and persist. There is much we can do now to step forward, clear the decks and bring understanding and new ways to adapt, course-correct and focus on Learning/Understanding “What Happened” as we help create “Opportunities” and success for our firms, our team members, our clients. It is about navigating “Possibilities” for all.
Strategic Topics:
- Come Alongside Clients in a New Way That Works for All
- Develop Organizations and Identify Strategic, Operational, Organizational, and Marketing Protocols to be More Effective in Creating Value for All
- Investigate a 1-Stop-Shop Business Advisor Model
- Identify & Expand Your Service- & Market-Based Niches
- Plan Strategically for a New Business Model
- Audience Contributions
