Happy New Year to All!

a hand holding holiday sparkler

What an experience these last 2 years have been for us all.  Each of us has a story, if not stories, to tell about our lives during the pandemic.  It was a sad time with chaos and loss of friends, clients/customers and some very, very close to us.  Our businesses experienced more than a big bump in the road—some of us downsized, others lost businesses and others completely changed and survived — many even thrived.

It is a great time for many who took this time to make changes that they have been wanting to do, for maybe years.

Challenges in front of us, walls of doubt and fear stimulated many to reach for something new, something more sustainable with more customer/client connections, new ways to deliver products and services.  We put our heads together and determined that remote could work; surprisingly, it found a place in our futures in a very meaningful way.

I wish you all a wonderful and a most productive year.  I also wish all a most healthful and safe life, even closer connections to family and friends.  They have been our greatest success as we all huddled together to navigate through a way of life not seen on this planet in 100 years.  Resilience and creativity that got us through these 2 years can be tapped to establish an even more successful way to run our businesses and lead more enjoyable, effective and family-focused ways of life by putting more humanity into what we all do.  It was clear in these last 2 years that we needed each other, in broader as well as more specific ways, in order to survive and thrive.  We couldn’t do it alone and we shouldn’t let that slip as things light up.

At the core, I believe our natural drive to add value to ourselves and others truly made the difference.  Holding back and waiting for things to pass was not the answer.  CHANGE WAS and we did it.  If you’re looking for some additional inspiration in the areas of change and creation, please take a moment to look at our new podcast, Always Creating Value Podcast: This monthly presentation is designed to look to where and how people tap into their creative spirits and knowledge for the good of all.
