Join Mark H. Fowler on October 28th Speaking at the CA CPA Society & CA CPA Education Foundation’s Forensic Conference!

Hello Fellow CPAs and Associates: LOOKING FORWARD TO SPEAKING AT CA CPA SOCIETY & CA CPA EDUCATION FOUNDATION’S FORENSIC CONFERENCE.

tax forensicsTax Season has almost come to an end–I know it never seems to be finished.  To add other value, wouldn’t it be great if you could join the CA CPA Society and CalCPA Education Foundation’s Forensic Services Section’s Conference on October 28th to learn about another perspective to help clients!  Learn from professionals who are experienced in all aspects of how businesses can falter and how there can be “restitution, resolution, rebirth”. Please see Details and Agenda Below.

Consider the many clients who have been challenged, maybe even more than our profession:

  • losing their businesses,
  • decreasing value in their businesses,
  • dealing with litigation issues brought on by owners, family or outsiders,
  • hiring the right people – and what happens if they’re not right
  • and on and on.

Tax has been an enormous focus these several years (I sit on the State MAP Committee and I am the LA Chapter’s MAP Chair) and the changes have been many — operationally, professionally, technically. .

In my LA MAP event on September 28th, we discussed how client need is expanding and helping people navigate their challenges via Client Advisory Services (CAS) for a better outcome.  This is essential from a forensic and possible litigation perspective, which is also very helpful if not essential.

Looking forward to seeing you there on the 28th.
