Mike Amerio is the Managing Partner at Lucas Horsfall Murphy and Pindroh, LLP.
Mike is a Highly qualified management consultant with over 30 years of experience, providing Financial and Business strategy to a broad array of Corporate, Family-owned businesses and individuals. He has a depth of experience with Contractors, Manufacturing, Construction and Real Estate Developments, Insurance Brokerage, and Not for Profit Organizations. Mike has Corporate Governance experience consulting with Boards and Audit Committees, experience serving on Boards/Finance Committees and experience acting as Trustee.
Mike Amerio’s areas of expertise include: Financial Statement Audit and Review; Income Tax Consulting, Preparation, Planning, and Audit Representation; Business Strategy, including Succession Planning; Business Management including Capital Formation, Operational Structure, Working Capital Management, Human Resources and Business Development; Process Improvement relating to Business and Financial Operations; and Board of Directors and Corporate Governance.
