Our Always Creating Value™ Podcast with American inventor, entrepreneur, author, trainer, professional speaker Lon Safko was exceptional.
You may know that Lon created the first computer to save a human life. Our conversation was very interactive and stimulating. Lon did not hold back on what he knows or in sharing his experiences. It was a great learning event for me. I was especially impressed with his knowledge and experience in helping his team members come alongside results and accomplishments for their projects. Integral to this is his ability to help them to understand, firsthand, that what they do individually, and as part of a team, positively impacts customers’ well-being — sometimes in lifesaving ways — reinforcing that it is imperative to be creating value consistently. So many lives he has improved dramatically!
